Meet Stephanie
I’m Stephanie Dickerson, a mediator and Ayurvedic coach who helps families and co-parents move from tension to teamwork.
For more than a decade I’ve supported people in stress — in treatment rooms, homes, and mediation tables — helping them calm their bodies and return to clarity.
I believe resolution isn’t just about what we say. It’s about how safe we feel in our nervous systems to actually hear one another.

Like many people, I’ve lived through seasons of conflict that shaped how I understand peace.
The most important lesson? Lasting change comes when each person takes responsibility for their part and learns to listen deeply — to themselves and each other — and to take aligned action from there. It might not seem like it, but there is always a win-win solution.
