About Miracle Minded Mediation

Practical peace-building for real families.

Meet Stephanie

I’m Stephanie Dickerson, a mediator who helps families, co-parents and individuals move through conflict, make difficult decisions, and find a workable path forward.

For more than twenty years I’ve supported people in stress– in treatment rooms, homes as well as at the mediation table– helping them find clarity and calm.

I believe resolution isn’t just about what we say.  It’s about how safe we feel in our nervous systems and taking the self-accountability necessary to actually hear one another — and taking aligned action from there.

The Miracle Minded Approach

There is always a win-win solution available

Miracle Minded Mediation blends practical conflict resolution skills with nervous system awareness and a spiritual mindset: the willingness to see situations differently and intend for the highest good of all involved.

It’s grounded, compassionate, and focused on forward motion – not blame and victimhood.

  • Clear structure and agreements that hold
  • Tools to regulate and reset between sessions
  • Mindset work rooted in accountability and empathy

How I Work

Every family and situation is unique, but the rhythm is simple:

First, we slow down and clarify what matters most in your situation and identify each party’s needs and goals.

What we discover will determine how we structure our mediation sessions – however we do it they will be focused, respectful and outcome driven.

Finally, we’ll clarify in writing the agreements that we reached, and identify and implement the next steps for moving forward.

Why this work matters to me

Like many people, I’ve lived through seasons of conflict that I thought would never end but that ultimately shaped how I understand peace.

The most important lesson? Even when it seems impossible – peace is always present. It might not seem like it, but there is always a win-win solution that shows up when we  take responsibility for our parts, listen deeply to others, and take aligned action from there.

That’s the heart of this practice.

Request Mediation

If you’d like to explore whether mediation or individual work could help with your situation, send me a mediation request. I’ll review what you share and follow up to discuss whether mediation may be a good fit and what the next steps could look like.  Please don’t hesitate to reach out, I will always give you my best assessment of what your most practical next steps are.
